Standalone document still outstanding
A standalone Privacy Policy has not been supplied yet. Section 95 of the Terms of Use refers to one as a separate document. Until it is, Chapter 7 of the Terms of Use is the operative privacy language, and nothing here stands in for a document that does not exist.
