11. Membership Categories

• Additional membership categories introduced in the future.

The Company reserves the right to modify, combine, discontinue, or introduce additional membership classifications at any time.

12. Identity Verification

LifestyleDesires.com utilizes a member verification process intended to improve the integrity and safety of the community.

Verification may include one or more of the following:

• Referral by an existing verified Member.

• Photo verification.

• Digitally altered images that materially misrepresent appearance.
• Celebrity photographs.
• Stock photography.
• Images belonging to another individual.
• Images created for the purpose of impersonation.

AI-generated artwork, avatars, logos, banners, or decorative images may be permitted where clearly identified and not intended to deceive.

The Company reserves the sole right to determine whether any image is misleading.

16. Profile Authenticity

Members shall not:

• Impersonate another individual.
• Misrepresent their gender, relationship status, age, identity, or location.
• Misrepresent their marital status or relationship status.

Profiles must not contain:

The Company does not warrant or guarantee the identity, honesty, intentions, background, character, reputation, criminal history, health status, relationship status, financial condition, or conduct of any Member.

Members are solely responsible for exercising appropriate judgment and caution when communicating with, meeting, or otherwise interacting with other Members.

Verification should never be interpreted as a guarantee of safety.

24. Membership Plans

LifestyleDesires.com may offer one or more membership plans, including free memberships, paid memberships, premium memberships, promotional memberships, business memberships, sponsor memberships, lifetime memberships, and other membership levels introduced by the Company from time to time.

Each membership level may provide different features, privileges, limitations, pricing, and access rights.

The Company reserves the right to modify, add, suspend, or discontinue any membership plan or feature at any time.

Membership benefits are personal to the Member and have no cash value unless expressly stated otherwise.

25. Membership Fees

33. Chargebacks

Members who engage in harassment may have their accounts suspended or permanently terminated without prior notice.

Where appropriate, the Company may cooperate with law enforcement.

44. Consent

LifestyleDesires.com promotes lawful, informed, enthusiastic, and ongoing consent in every interaction.

Consent:

• must be voluntary;
• may be withdrawn at any time;
• cannot be assumed;
• cannot be obtained through coercion, threats, intimidation, or impairment.

Members are solely responsible for ensuring that all personal interactions occur with clear and mutual consent.

The Company assumes no responsibility for interactions between Members.

45. Member Safety

The Company cannot guarantee the safety or intentions of any Member.

Group creators are responsible for maintaining respectful discussions within their Groups.

The Company reserves the right to:

• remove Groups;
• transfer Group ownership;
• remove moderators;
• remove content;
• restrict Group visibility;
• suspend Groups that violate these Terms.

Creating a Group does not grant ownership of any Company property or platform functionality.

49. Forums

Forums are intended to encourage respectful discussion.

Members may express differing opinions provided discussions remain civil.

The following are prohibited:

• personal attacks;
• inflammatory remarks;
• repeated disruption;
• posting knowingly false information;
• encouraging unlawful conduct;
• posting confidential information belonging to another Member.

The Company may edit, move, lock, archive, or remove discussions at its discretion.

50. Stories

Members may post temporary Stories using features provided by the Site.

Stories must comply with these Terms and all Community Standards.

The Company reserves the right to remove Stories that violate these Terms without prior notice.

Members acknowledge that recipients may capture screenshots or recordings of Stories despite their temporary nature.

51. Photo Albums

Members remain responsible for all photographs and videos uploaded to any album.

Members represent that:

• all individuals depicted are adults;
• all depicted individuals consented to the creation of the content where required by law;
• they possess the legal right to upload the content;
• the content complies with applicable law.

The Company reserves the right to remove any photograph or video at its sole discretion.

Members acknowledge that selected interests:

• do not constitute guarantees of compatibility;
• may be used by Company algorithms to improve recommendations;

54. Artificial Intelligence Features

The Site may utilize artificial intelligence to assist Members with:

• biographies;
• event descriptions;
• group descriptions;
• business listings;
• search recommendations;
• common interest suggestions;
• writing assistance;
• other informational services.

AI-generated content is provided solely as a convenience.

The Company does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, legality, or appropriateness of AI-generated content.

Members remain solely responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-generated material before publishing it.

55. Recording Other Members

Members shall not secretly photograph, audio record, or video record another Member where doing so would violate applicable law or a reasonable expectation of privacy.

Content recorded during Company events may not be publicly distributed without appropriate consent from those identifiable in the recording.

The Company reserves the right to remove Members who violate another Member’s privacy.

56. Reporting Misconduct

Members are encouraged to report violations of these Terms.

Reports may include:

• fake profiles;
• harassment;
• fraud;
• impersonation;
• copyright violations;
• safety concerns;
• unlawful conduct;
• inappropriate content.

The Company will review reports in its sole discretion.

Submitting knowingly false reports for the purpose of harassing another Member may itself constitute a violation of these Terms.

57. Company Moderation

Made You Look Entertainment LLC reserves the absolute right, but not the obligation, to moderate any portion of the Site.

Moderation actions may include:

• editing content;
• removing content;
• restricting visibility;
• limiting features;
• suspending accounts;
• terminating memberships;
• disabling comments;
• locking discussions;
• removing photographs;
• removing events;
• removing business listings;
• deleting Groups.

Moderation decisions are made to protect the safety, integrity, reputation, and operation of the LifestyleDesires community.

The Company’s moderation decisions are final and are not subject to appeal except where required by applicable law.

58. Member Interactions

LifestyleDesires.com is a social networking platform that enables Members to communicate and voluntarily connect with one another.

The Company does not arrange, supervise, direct, monitor, or control the interactions, communications, relationships, or activities between Members.

All decisions to communicate with, meet, socialize with, or otherwise interact with another Member are made solely by the Members involved.

Members are solely responsible for evaluating the character, honesty, intentions, compatibility, and suitability of every individual with whom they choose to interact.

59. Member-Organized Events

Members may organize or sponsor events using tools provided by the Site.

Unless expressly stated otherwise by the Company, member-created events are independently organized by the sponsoring Member.

The Company is not responsible for:

• selecting attendees;
• supervising activities;
• enforcing event rules;
• verifying attendance;
• collecting payments on behalf of Members;
• resolving disputes between attendees;
• the conduct of any attendee.

Sponsors are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws, permits, licenses, insurance requirements, and venue policies.

60. Company-Sponsored Events

From time to time, Made You Look Entertainment LLC may organize, sponsor, promote, or host events.

Attendance at any Company-sponsored event is entirely voluntary.

The Company reserves the right to:

• refuse admission;
• remove attendees;
• deny future attendance;
• modify event schedules;
• substitute venues;
• cancel events;
• establish additional event rules.

The Company may remove any attendee whose conduct it determines, in its sole discretion, to be unsafe, disruptive, unlawful, or inconsistent with the values of the LifestyleDesires community.

61. Member Responsibility During Events

Every Member attending any event agrees to:

• obey all applicable laws;
• comply with venue rules;
• comply with instructions from event staff;
• conduct themselves respectfully;
• refrain from harassment or unwanted advances;
• respect the privacy of other attendees;
• obtain consent before engaging in physical contact;
• consume alcohol responsibly, if alcohol is available.

Members remain solely responsible for their own conduct throughout every event.

62. Assumption of Risk

Participation in social events, private gatherings, recreational activities, travel, overnight accommodations, meetings, and any activities arranged through the Site involves inherent risks.

These risks may include, without limitation:

• accidental injury;
• illness;
• property damage;
• theft;
• disputes between Members;
• emotional distress;
• offensive conduct;
• transportation-related incidents;
• exposure to alcohol or controlled substances;

• data loss;
• interruptions;
• security incidents;
• software errors;
• system failures.

This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory asserted, including contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise, except where prohibited by applicable law.

126. Maximum Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total cumulative liability of Made You Look Entertainment LLC arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the greater of:

• One Hundred U.S. Dollars (US $100); or
• the total amount of membership fees actually paid by the Member to the Company during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Certain jurisdictions do not permit limitations on liability for specific types of claims. In such jurisdictions, this limitation shall apply only to the maximum extent permitted by law.

127. Indemnification

Members agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Made You Look Entertainment LLC and its owners, managers, officers, directors, employees, contractors, volunteers, affiliates, licensors, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, demands, actions, damages, judgments, liabilities, losses, settlements, fines, penalties, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from or related to:

• violation of these Terms;
• violation of applicable law;
• Member Content;
• infringement of intellectual property rights;
• business activities;
• event organization;
• Member misconduct;
• fraud;
• misuse of the Site;
• interactions with other Members.

This obligation survives termination of the Member’s account.

128. No Liability for User Content

The Company is not responsible for Member-generated content, including:

• opinions;
• comments;
• forum discussions;
• stories;
• reviews;
• messages;
• photographs;
• videos;
• advertisements;
• event descriptions;
• business listings;
• AI-assisted content published by Members.

Responsibility for such content rests solely with the Member who created or published it.

129. Service Interruptions

The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Site.

Services may be temporarily unavailable due to:

• maintenance;
• software updates;
• equipment failures;
• internet outages;
• cyberattacks;
• third-party service interruptions;
• natural disasters;
• governmental actions;
• circumstances beyond the Company’s reasonable control.

The Company shall not be liable for any losses resulting from such interruptions.

130. Force Majeure

Made You Look Entertainment LLC shall not be liable for any delay, interruption, or failure to perform its obligations resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• acts of God;
• floods;
• fires;
• earthquakes;
• severe weather;
• pandemics;
• epidemics;
• war;
• terrorism;
• civil unrest;
• labor disputes;
• utility failures;
• internet outages;
• cyberattacks;
• governmental actions;
• court orders;
• supply chain disruptions;
• failures of third-party service providers.

Performance shall be suspended for the duration of the force majeure event.

131. Release of Claims

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Members release Made You Look Entertainment LLC from claims arising from disputes between Members, business transactions between Members, attendance at events, or interactions facilitated through the Site, except where such claims arise from the Company’s own gross negligence or willful misconduct and cannot legally be waived.

132. Survival

The provisions of this Chapter, including disclaimers, limitations of liability, releases, indemnification obligations, and any other provisions that by their nature should survive, shall remain in effect after termination of a Member’s account or these Terms.

133. Company Authority

Made You Look Entertainment LLC is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and trustworthy community.

To protect Members, preserve the integrity of the Services, and comply with applicable law, the Company reserves the right to investigate conduct, enforce these Terms, restrict access to the Site, and take any action it reasonably determines is necessary to protect the Company, its Members, or the public.

Nothing in these Terms obligates the Company to take any specific enforcement action or to act in any particular order.

134. Violations of These Terms

A Member may be subject to enforcement action for conduct including, but not limited to:

• violating these Terms;
• violating the Community Standards;
• violating Event Rules;
• violating applicable laws;
• providing false or misleading information;
• impersonating another person;
• creating fake accounts;
• creating duplicate accounts to avoid enforcement actions;
• uploading prohibited content;
• harassment;
• threats;
• stalking;
• fraud;
• scams;
• identity theft;
• copyright infringement;
• unauthorized commercial activity;
• unauthorized data collection or scraping;
• misuse of AI features;
• attempting to bypass Site security;
• conduct that damages the reputation or integrity of the community.

135. Types of Enforcement Actions

Depending upon the circumstances, the Company may take one or more of the following actions:

• educational notice;
• informal warning;
• formal written warning;
• removal of content;
• restriction of features;
• temporary suspension;
• permanent suspension;
• termination of membership;
• revocation of verification status;
• removal from events;
• removal from groups;
• restriction from messaging;
• restriction from creating events;
• restriction from creating business listings;
• reporting to law enforcement when appropriate;
• pursuing civil legal remedies.

The Company may skip any intermediate step whenever it believes immediate action is appropriate.

136. No Progressive Discipline Required

The Company is not required to issue warnings before suspending or terminating an account.

Serious violations may result in immediate removal from the Site without prior notice.

Nothing in these Terms creates an expectation of progressive discipline.

137. Investigations

The Company may investigate suspected violations of these Terms, including allegations involving:

• harassment;
• fraud;
• fake profiles;
• identity misrepresentation;
• unauthorized recordings;
• threats;
• criminal conduct;
• copyright violations;
• payment fraud;
• abuse of AI tools;
• inappropriate event conduct;
• violations of Member privacy.

Investigations may include reviewing:

• Member Content;
• messages;
• photographs;
• videos;
• metadata;
• login history;
• IP address history;
• device information;
• payment history;
• verification records;
• reports submitted by Members.

The Company may also request additional information from the Member involved in the investigation.

138. Member Cooperation

Members agree to cooperate with reasonable Company investigations.

Failure to cooperate may result in suspension or termination of membership.

Providing intentionally false information during an investigation constitutes an independent violation of these Terms.

139. Preservation of Records

The Company may preserve records relating to investigations, including:

• communications;
• photographs;
• videos;
• uploaded files;
• payment records;
• login history;
• IP logs;
• moderation records;
• AI activity logs;
• verification records.

Such records may be retained after account termination whenever reasonably necessary.

140. Reporting Misconduct

Members are encouraged to report conduct that may violate these Terms.

Reports should be made in good faith.

Knowingly submitting false, malicious, or retaliatory reports may itself result in disciplinary action.

141. Member Safety Reports

Reports involving threats of violence, sexual misconduct, exploitation, child safety concerns, human trafficking, or other serious safety matters may receive priority review.

The Company reserves the right to cooperate with law enforcement or other appropriate governmental authorities when reasonably necessary or legally required.

142. Emergency Actions

When the Company reasonably believes immediate action is necessary to protect Members or the public, it may immediately:

• suspend accounts;
• disable messaging;
• remove content;
• cancel event participation;
• revoke verification;
• restrict access to portions of the Site.

Emergency actions may be taken before an investigation has concluded.

143. Account Suspension

Temporary suspension may occur for reasons including:

• pending investigation;
• repeated rule violations;
• payment issues;
• security concerns;
• suspected fraud;
• unauthorized account access;
• suspected fake accounts.

During suspension, Members may lose access to some or all features of the Site.

Membership fees generally continue during temporary suspensions unless otherwise determined by the Company.

144. Termination of Membership

The Company may permanently terminate a Member’s account for any lawful reason, including but not limited to:

• repeated violations;
• serious misconduct;
• criminal activity affecting the community;
• fraud;
• threats;
• harassment;
• impersonation;
• non-payment;
• chargeback abuse;
• abuse of Company personnel;
• conduct that materially harms the community.

Termination may occur with or without prior notice where permitted by law.

145. Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

• access to the Site may immediately end;
• profile visibility may be removed;
• verification status may be revoked;
• subscriptions may be cancelled;
• groups administered by the Member may be reassigned or removed;
• event listings may be cancelled or transferred at the Company’s discretion;
• business listings may be removed;
• licenses granted under these Terms shall terminate except as otherwise provided.

Termination does not affect obligations that survive under these Terms.

146. No Refunds Following Termination

Except where required by applicable law or expressly stated by the Company, Members whose accounts are terminated due to violations of these Terms shall not be entitled to refunds of membership fees, event fees, subscription fees, or other charges previously paid.

147. Voluntary Account Closure

Members may voluntarily close their accounts at any time through available account settings or by contacting the Company.

Closing an account does not automatically cancel recurring subscriptions, which must be cancelled in accordance with the Membership provisions of these Terms.

Certain records may be retained as described elsewhere in these Terms.

148. Appeals

Members who believe enforcement action was taken in error may submit a written appeal within thirty (30) days after receiving notice of the action.

Appeals should include:

• Member name;
• username;
• contact information;
• description of the enforcement action;
• explanation supporting the appeal;
• any relevant documentation.

The Company will review appeals in good faith but is under no obligation to reverse any enforcement decision.

The Company’s decision regarding an appeal shall be final unless otherwise required by applicable law.

149. Cooperation with Law Enforcement

The Company may cooperate with law enforcement agencies, courts, and governmental authorities by providing information as required or permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms limits the Company’s ability to report suspected criminal activity.

150. Fraud Prevention

The Company reserves the right to investigate and prevent:

• payment fraud;
• identity fraud;
• account takeovers;
• referral fraud;
• promotional abuse;
• artificial intelligence abuse;
• fake engagement;
• automated registrations;
• spam campaigns;
• coordinated manipulation of the Site.

The Company may employ automated systems and human review to detect fraudulent activity.

151. No Liability for Enforcement Decisions

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for actions taken in good faith to investigate, suspend, terminate, restrict, or otherwise enforce these Terms or protect the safety and integrity of the Services.

Nothing in this section limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

152. Survival

The Company’s rights relating to investigations, preservation of evidence, cooperation with governmental authorities, enforcement of legal claims, indemnification, and protection of intellectual property shall survive the suspension or termination of any Member account.

153. Governing Law

These Terms of Use, Membership Agreement, and Community Standards, and any dispute arising out of or relating to the Site or the Services, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Nothing in these Terms shall deprive a Member of any non-waivable rights provided under applicable law.

154. Jurisdiction and Venue

Unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly agreed in writing by the parties, any legal action arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located within the State of Wyoming.

Each Member consents to the personal jurisdiction of those courts and waives any objection based upon inconvenient forum to the extent permitted by law.

155. Optional Arbitration

(To Be Determined by the Company Prior to Publication)

The Company may elect to include a mandatory arbitration provision and class action waiver in these Terms following consultation with legal counsel.

If adopted, such provision shall be drafted in compliance with applicable federal and state law.

Until such provision is adopted, nothing contained herein shall prevent either party from pursuing remedies available through the courts of competent jurisdiction.

156. Compliance with Law

Members agree to comply with all applicable federal, state, local, and international laws, regulations, ordinances, and court orders while using the Site.

Nothing contained in these Terms authorizes any Member to engage in unlawful conduct.

157. Export Compliance

Members may not use, export, or transfer any portion of the Services in violation of applicable United States export control laws, sanctions, or regulations.

158. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

159. Waiver

Failure by the Company to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.

Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of the Company.

160. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Community Standards & Safety Guidelines, Event Rules & Code of Conduct, and any additional policies or agreements expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between the Member and Made You Look Entertainment LLC regarding the Services.

They supersede all prior or contemporaneous oral or written communications, understandings, and agreements relating to the Services.

161. Assignment

Members may not assign, transfer, delegate, or sublicense any rights or obligations under these Terms without the Company’s prior written consent.

The Company may assign or transfer these Terms, in whole or in part, in connection with:

• a merger;
• acquisition;
• corporate restructuring;
• financing;
• sale of assets;
• sale of the business;
• succession planning; or
• other lawful corporate transaction.

These Terms shall bind and benefit the parties and their respective successors and permitted assigns.

162. No Partnership

Nothing contained in these Terms creates or shall be construed as creating:

• a partnership;
• joint venture;
• agency relationship;
• employment relationship;
• fiduciary relationship;
• franchise relationship

between the Company and any Member.

Members participate independently and are solely responsible for their own actions.

163. Third-Party Beneficiaries

Except as expressly provided herein, these Terms are intended solely for the benefit of the Company and its Members.

No third party shall have any right to enforce any provision of these Terms.

164. Surviving Provisions

Any provision which by its nature should survive termination shall remain in effect following termination of these Terms or a Member’s account, including but not limited to provisions concerning:

• intellectual property;
• payment obligations;
• indemnification;
• limitations of liability;
• releases;
• investigations;
• preservation of records;
• governing law;
• dispute resolution;
• confidentiality obligations.

165. Headings

Section titles and headings are provided solely for convenience and shall not affect the interpretation of these Terms.

166. Electronic Records

Members agree that these Terms and all related notices, disclosures, agreements, records, and communications may be provided electronically.

Electronic records shall have the same legal effect as paper records to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

167. Changes to the Services

The Company continually improves and modifies the Services.

Accordingly, the Company reserves the right, at any time and without liability, to:

• add new features;
• discontinue existing features;
• modify functionality;
• redesign the Site;
• introduce premium services;
• modify membership benefits;
• improve security;
• update artificial intelligence tools;
• change supported technologies;
• retire obsolete services.

Whenever reasonably practical, material changes affecting Members will be communicated through the Site or other appropriate means.

168. Changes to These Terms
